that lump could just be part of a tendon or muscle,or it could be some benign type of growth like a ganglion cyst or something?īut whatever this thing is and what it is causing for you as far as symptoms just really needs to be found out.
have you actually seen a doc about this just to get HIS evaluated guess as to what this could be? the mere fact hat this thing is causing your finger and thumb to 'lock up' in some way would usually indicate some problem with tendon or muscle in there. this sounds like a hand/muscle tendon thing. honestly,this just does not sound at all like just "overworking" the arm.
